Rowan Utilities has two sewage treatment plants with a total
capacity of 12,500,000 GPD. Average daily volume used is 8,580,000
GPD leaving an excess capacity of 3,920,000 GPD.

Operates a 415 ton per day landfill for its residents and businesses. The
landfill has a current life expectany of 50+ years and is located at 789
Campbell Road. Solid waste is generally charged on a per ton basis.
